Our payment gateway provider has seen a reduction in connectivity issues.
We are now also able to process transactions successfully. We are continuing to monitor this closely.
We have been made aware that our payment gateway provider is currently experiencing connectivity issues.
This is affecting payments and adding new card details.
The payment gateway team are investigating this issue.
In the meantime, if you need to top up your account, please give us a call and we will raise an invoice to be processed once this has been resolved.
