Service Status Update

Some customers reported not being able to hear audio in either direction upon receiving calls. Additionally some customers have reported that call forwarding was not working correctly.

Resolved: For customers who experienced issues with calls. We identified the source of the problem originating from “LINX”, the London Internet Exchange which experienced connectivity issues until approximately 3PM GMT. All services should now be fully restored.
