Missing Call Stats Data

Some customers who are experiencing missing call stats, we are currently processing a backlog of call data from over the weekend. Stats will automatically be restored to your account as soon as this data has been processed.

Viewing / Editing Phone Numbers in MyTTNC

Some customers have reported being unable to view / edit their TTNC phone numbers via the MyTTNC control panel earlier this morning. This issue has now been resolved.

Key Maintenance Scheduled, scheduled 11 years ago

We have been going through a series of infrastructure upgrades this week to introduce more redundancy, and scalability to our network. We really appreciate your patience when things have not been accessible.

We will be scheduling some key maintenance to take place between 14.30 and 15.30 this afternoon (5th). This means that access to the following areas will not be available during this time:

  • Website (main)
  • myTTNC
  • API access

IMPORTANT NOTE Calls will not be affected during this downtime.

Once complete we will have taken another step forward towards some exciting developments due for later this year.
