Service Update

The upgrade of our Call Statistics Archiving system is now completed.

Call Statistics Archiving Upgrade

We are in the process of upgrading our call statistics archiving to be real-time. During the time of upgrade, retrieving your call statistics in MyTTNC will be slow. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

Service Update

All issues with call routing should now be resolved. For any customers still experiencing issues please feel free to contact the TTNC team.

Intermittent Call Issues

Some customers may be experiencing intermittent issues with calls connecting and getting through to their destination. We have identified that the issue is with a particular carrier route and we have logged a ticket with that. We are currently waiting on an update from them. In the mean time, please bear with us.
