Connectivity Update

Our primary datacenter has confirmed their connectivity faults have been resolved, and they implemented precautions to avoid this happening again. We apologise for the inconvenience caused during this time.

Connectivity Update

Our primary data centre continues to experience connectivity faults but all services are operational via our secondary data centre. We will be continuing to monitor the situation.

Extended Intermittent Connectivity Issues

Customers may still experience intermittent issues with calls and access to our websites due to an ongoing connectivity fault with our primary datacenter in Greenwich. Our backup data centre in Maidenhead is online and should keep disruption to a minimum whilst connectivity to our primary site restored.

Intermittent Connectivity Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with our hosting provider in Greenwich. During this time customers may experience difficulty in connecting to our websites.

Call forwarding and call services are unaffected, as our backup provider in Maidenhead has taken over.

Engineers are currently investigating, and working to restore stability as soon as possible.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
