UK Network Disruption

The UK wide network issues resurfaced again for around 10 minutes in the last hour. Some customers are likely to have experienced disruption to calls during this time.

This is linked with the network changes made by BT on Monday which affected multiple mobile phone operators and large parts of the BT infrastructure.

Outbound Fax / SMS

We are currently aware of some customers experiencing issues with the outbound fax and SMS services. Investigations into this are underway and we will update this status accordingly.

Telecom network outage

We are aware of multiple reports of failures to and from mobile networks, we are investigating with our carrier partners and trying to establish the cause of this issue. We will update you as soon as we have further news.

Update

Following on from our recent notice we believe that the issues calling from and to mobiles is the result of a fault with at least one major mobile network. We will continue to monitor the reports and update you as and when we have more information.
