We're currently aware of an issue with receiving emails for faxes. Faxes are received correctly however they are not being sent automatically via email.

As a temporary work around, you're able to view, download and email faxes from the control panel here: www.myttnc.co.uk/fax/faxes/

Dialling 03 numbers from Mobiles

We're aware of a nationwide issue dialling 03 numbers from mobiles. This issue isn't specific to our network but we'll update when possible.
