After liasing with our SMS gateway we have identified and resolved the issue affecting inbound SMS.
We are seeing inbound SMS to Geo numbers resume as normal.

We are currently aware of an issue receiving inbound SMS on Geographic numbers.
We believe this is a fault with an upstream carrier and we are investigating this with them.
