Customers experiencing problems accessing myTTNC

We’ve identified and resolved the issues with accessing myTTNC. Some customers may have also experienced temporary issues with VoIP and calls, this was due to an outage at one of our data centres.

The support are investigating further to identify the cause of this.

All services are fully operational, please contact support if you experience any further problems.
