Resolved - Partial outage of email notifications

Our outbound mail provider has confirmed the issue has now been resolved. We are waiting to receive a full RFO. We will continue to monitor outbound system notifications. If you do continue to experience issues, please contact the support team: support@ttnc.co.uk

We have identified that some customers are experiencing delayed email notifications relating to TTNC services. The issue is currently being investigated by our third-party mail provider. We will provide further updates as soon as possible.
