All VoIP services have returned to normal and are working as expected.
This issue was caused due to one of our datacenter providers experiencing a network outage.
We have removed the server which was experiencing issues and VoIP devices should now register to a working server.
If you continue to experience issues, please reboot the device.
We are currently investigating an outage with our VoIP services which may have caused the VoIP registration to drop and not be able to reconnect.

We have now confirmed that there are no issues receiving calls and the calls are failing due to the mobile networks.
It would appear that the mobile networks are having intermittent issues making outbound calls.
We're currently investigating reports of calls failing to TTNC numbers.
We believe this issue is only happening on calls from mobile numbers and is being caused by issues with the mobile carriers.
