Vodafone has advised that they have resolved the issues on their network and service should now be restored.

We've now identified that this issue is only affecting calls on the Vodafone network.
Our carrier is working with Vodafone to resolve this issue.
This issue also appears to be affecting outbound calls to mobile networks, however, does appear to be intermittent and not affecting all mobiles.
We are still working with our inbound carrier to resolve this issue.
This issue is being caused by an upstream carrier.
We are working with them to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
We are currently investigating an issue with inbound calls from mobile networks.
