VoIP Registrations

We have now resolved all issues with our main VoIP Registration server.

VoIP Registrations

We have now migrated all VoIP Services to an alternative server and service has resumed as normal.

We are continuing to work on this and monitor the situation.

We are investigating an issue with our VoIP Registration server which is currently causing VoIP Users to become unregistered.

Issues with Calls

All issues with calls and VoIP Registrations are now resolved.

We are continuing to monitor and investigate the cause of these issues.

We are monitoring our services closely following the intermittent issues.

We experienced an outage with our 4 call switches which have now been resolved.

We are experiencing intermittent issues with our VoIP Services and inbound calls.

We are currently investigating this issue.

VoIP Registrations

We are monitoring our VoIP service after a brief outage this morning.

This was caused by an issue with a database that caused the registrations to move to an alternative server which took a little longer than usual.

We will continue to monitor this.
