We are still monitoring our servers and calls across PSTN and VoIP; however, things appear to be stable currently. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know.

VoIP: Accounts forwarding to VoIP may still be experiencing issues receiving inbound calls. The team are continuing to investigate and work on this as a priority.

Updating the Call Forwarding within myTTNC to a PSTN destination (Mobile / Landline) should provide a temporary resolution.

PSTN: Inbound calls routing via PSTN appear to be stable; the team will continue to monitor this.
