TTNC Softphone App - Service disruption

We are currently aware of an issue affecting inbound calls to certain customers using our Mobile soft phone app. As an interim measure, we advise disabling battery saver mode for your VoIP user to avoid disruption of calls.

VoIP User registrations

All VoIP services have returned to normal and are working as expected.

This issue was caused due to one of our datacenter providers experiencing a network outage.

We have removed the server which was experiencing issues and VoIP devices should now register to a working server.

If you continue to experience issues, please reboot the device.

We are currently investigating an outage with our VoIP services which may have caused the VoIP registration to drop and not be able to reconnect.
